Dr. Fasano brings a unique, integrative approach to veterinary medicine, combining traditional veterinary practices with holistic wellness strategies. As a Long Island native and graduate of Ross University's veterinary program, Dr. Fasano has cultivated an understanding that optimal pet health stems from a comprehensive approach to care – one that considers nutrition, physical rehabilitation, and preventive medicine alongside conventional treatments.

Throughout his career, Dr. Fasano has been particularly drawn to the remarkable results achieved through specialized rehabilitation therapy. This interest led to his partnership with Michael, a highly experienced licensed technician with over two decades of dedicated service in veterinary rehabilitation. Having witnessed firsthand the transformative effects of Michael's work with underwater treadmill therapy, therapeutic laser treatments, and customized exercise programs, Dr. Fasano is excited to bring these innovative services directly to pets in their homes.

"What sets our practice apart is not just the convenience of mobile care, but the exceptional expertise Michael brings to each case," says Dr. Fasano. "His twenty years of experience in rehabilitation, combined with our shared commitment to integrative medicine, allows us to offer truly comprehensive care plans that focus on enhancing mobility, managing pain, and improving overall quality of life for our patients."

Underwater treadmill therapy has proven particularly effective for pets recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing arthritis, and working through neurological conditions. The buoyancy of water reduces stress on joints while providing resistance for muscle strengthening, making it ideal for senior pets, post-surgical rehabilitation, weight management, and athletic conditioning. This therapeutic approach has shown remarkable success in treating cruciate ligament injuries, hip dysplasia, degenerative myelopathy, and various mobility issues that affect our aging pet population.

Dr Fasano also offers paliative care and end of life service in the comfort of your own home, Please check out his website
